| Catch: | On the nose, the wine reveals a lot of rich maturity with closed notes of honey and jammy white fruits ; pears, apples, peaches as well as a hint of quince. The closed fruity notes are due to the age of the wine. But these closed notes are countered by the charming white flower aromas that are released in the glass. Upon aeration the wine exhibits some charsmatic notes of almondy-brioche,vanilla-honey and fresher minty scents of citrus fruits. |

| Taste: | In the mouth, you will notice many of the same aromas as on the nose, however, the wine is further excentuated by some slightly spicy nuances. It has a round and velvety attack with a delicious honeyed sensation and exposes the clear mineral notes of the rocky Boutenac terroir. The fruity flavours are present throughout and give the wine a delicious expression. In the middle of the mouth, the wine gains some weight with a lemony freshness. A very lengthy, ample and long almondy -vanilla finish is for you to discover. |
